What is the best way to save custom dashboard selections and filters?
On the top right, you can create a bookmark for a dashboard with specific filter settings that differs from the original published dashboard. By doing this, you can quickly return to the data that's relevant to you. You can create multiple bookmarks for a dashboard.
How do I access Basware Insights?
In Basware’s AP automation, you’ll find the Insights tab. Access Insights , browse through, and discover the different dashboards.
How are users granted access?
Users who previously had analytics access will automatically be granted access.
How do I add additional users?
Additional users will be added in the same manner as with current Analytics/Insights, through the admin.
Which languages are available for upgraded Insights?
Insights will be available in the following languages:
- English (US)
- English (UK)
- Finnish
- French
- German.
Is it possible to adjust dashboards, e.g. remove certain KPIs from a dashboard that are not considered relevant to us?
No, it is not possible at this time.
How often and when is data synched with my AP?
Where applicable dashboards are updated daily. The update times of the dashboards is visible on the Insights landing page.
